Email Rasmi @P1W1max – Notis Pemberitahuan Gangguan Perkhidmatan

Erk… sejak kejadian yang berlaku dua tiga hari ni, baru hari ni P1W1max mengeluarkan email atau kenyataan rasmi sebagai notis pemberitahuan mereka tentang apa yang terjadi. Email ini diterima tepat pada pukul 12.10am – 08/03/2010. Dalam email ini, pihak terbabit memohon maaf kepada semua pengguna mereka. Untuk makluman lanjut anda boleh baca email di bawah ni.

Dear Muhamad Azman B. Ishak,

In the month of March, P1 has embarked upon a massive network upgrading exercise that will deliver better performance and connectivity to our rapidly increasing subscriber base. This exercise was planned over 3 months in advance with almost all eventualities and scenarios being taken into consideration to minimise any inconvenience to you.

Unfortunately, around midnight on 6 March, 2010 our technical team encountered technical difficulties during the network upgrade exercise that resulted in service being interrupted to high density areas of the P1 W1MAX network. Despite our careful planning and risk management, it is very unfortunate that what triggered the service interruption was something that is almost impossible to predict.

Immediately, upon the detection of this interruption, we deployed our rapid response technical team to restore service within our target time of 2 – 4 hours. However, due to the severity of the technical issue, service restoration took much longer than expected. As a result, you were unable to get connected to the Internet. Subsequently, service was fully restored at around 0700hrs on 7 March, 2010.

To our subscribers, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that we have caused due to this service interruption. With immediate effect, we will waive any service charges during the period when the P1 W1MAX service was interrupted. In this case we will waive one day of service charges.

WiMAX is a very new technology and the P1 W1MAX is a relatively new network but you can be rest assured that we have amongst the best minds and talents in the world working on our network and other aspects of the business.

To ensure our network architecture and services are the best that we can provide to you, we will continuously deploy the latest network hardware and software to ensure that we are able to deliver the 4G technology promise consistently and affordably.

The service interruption has given our technical team some very valuable data to allow us to take extra precautions and reduce the risk of service interruptions if not eliminate it altogether.

We appreciate your understanding and patience and once again, we truly deeply regret the inconvenience that we have caused.

Nota: Erm.. ok… paham.. paham… kalau la perkara ni dijelaskan lebih awal, tadak la spekulasi buruk berlaku kan? Sekarang ni sapa susah? Dah tentu saya jugak yang susah. Boss marah taw sebab tak boleh reply email. Takkan nak synchronize email dari handphone ke komputer plak. Susah laa…

    salam..
    hahaha benda2 macam ni memang akan berlaku. bagi pendapat aku la yang sangat buta IT ni, P1 masa dia launch awal2 dulu memang sangat powerfull, maklumla pengguna tak jejak 10k lagi so semuanya muda di kawal selia. So bermulalah episod canang mencanang satu malaya akan kehebatannya. Al kisah maka berebut-rebutlah orang mendaftarkan diri dan memuji-mujilah akan kehebatan P1 ni. Tapi langit tidak selalunya cerah, bila awan mendung mula berarak maka mulalah keluar komen, maki hamun, carut marut kepada P1. Kesian juga bila aku baca kat facebook tuh bila ramai dah mula pertikaikan akan kehebatan P1 (potong jangan tak potong hahaha).

    Tapi pengguna2 P1 yang sebelum ni pujinya tinggi melangit bahkan sampai ke planet pluto tuh janganla cepat melatah. Anggap sajalah setiap benda baru dalam dunia takde yang sempurna kadang naik kadang turun. Bagi la masa kat P1 untuk menambah baikkan diaorng punya service. Yang nak maki-maki or caci hamun tuh tak payahlah macam tuh, kalao dah rasa nak perfect sangat eloklah korang buat ISP sendiri. So kalo ada yang tak kena pun korang sendiri yang salah n silalah maki diri sendiri.

    p/s: aku cukup berpuas hati dgn maxis sekarang ni sebab connection yang konsisten setelah teruk di maki hamun sebelum ni. tahniah sebab dgr rintihan orang. tapi jangan la 2-3 bulan lepas ni jadi balik macam dulu. :lawak-gile: :lawak-gile:

    nah ambik.. panjang giler en. pjan komen.

    rasenye nak bangga sangat dengan kelajuan P1 ni tadek la kot.
    cume certaiin time je ok. lain semua bermasalah jer…
    diaorang kate tengah upgrade.. sampai bile pon tak tau.
    tadek fixed time period. so kire aku anggap perkara ni just
    sebagai alasan untuk tutup lobang.

    kalau tak komplen cara macam ni.. depa pikir network depa
    dok bagus jer. sekali datang buat site visit…. baru tau area
    aku fakap giler. so? aku tunggu la apa solution depa. at the same
    time… aku la yang suffer.. deemmmiittt..
