A Complaining Letter to @TMCORP

I’m wrote this mail as on behalf of my company XXXX Electrical Corp Sdn Bhd (a branch of XXXXXX Corp Sdn Bhd). It has been past a week that my company having an internet connection issue. By that time as well, I’ve made my complaining to your operator via 100.

Every day start from early morning, the problem exists. Sometimes its ok and sometimes goes worst. As your standard procedure, I need to call your customer service,and at the same time I’ve been forcing to do the same troubleshoot. Its annoying for me because I’ve done already before call your 100.

FYI, I’m a Information System ADMIN. I’m not trying to show off with that, but it’s a responsibility to make sure everything is ok. Since my company internet goes congested, I’ll be blamed by my bosses and other staff to higher management. This issue already caused me a working pressure. It is not my fault. I’ve done my part. But its came from your side.

People start complaining me just because the internet issue. They can’t access some office application which is using the internet… So, their work have to put in KIV. By that time… If there’s got any inquiry from bosses for their work, they will simply blame me for the internet issue. Have you seen my point?

It’s quite frusted that there’s no solution made by your side until now. Only support that I’ve just received is RESET THE PORT. It’s seems hopeless for me to see your help until I’ve been suggested by my friend to directly send a mail to you.

I hope to hear a good news from you for my company internet account at : XXXX@tmnet (03-6148XXXX). This email has been published/cc to my blog as a prove that a formal email has been send. I hope this is my final step.

Please take this as a serious issue. We’re using a corporate package and not a home account. How come a static IP got frequent congested issue like this. It was unacceptable since we’re wired and not a wireless users.
