Dear Valued Customers,

For the past few days, Fivio.com experiment very low network performance which affected all our customers in Jaring Datacenter. The problem occurred is due to mass network attack which targeted our commercial webserver. The attacks were made in random manner which is difficult for us to detect the source of the attacks.

However, we are finally managed to block all major IP which contribute to the attacks. The network is back to normal at 26 April 2010 17:32 GMT +8.
